Meeting hosts can ensure there is a telephone dial-in available by selecting the Telephone and Computer Audio setting under Audio when scheduling the meeting. This means that the meeting host must provide a telephone dial-in number to participants. However, in order to use the DeskView for video conference meetings, you need to be able to dial in to the meeting through the InnoCaption app on your phone.
